The Beer and Wine Hobby German Kolsch craft brew recipe produces this clean, pale golden-colored German ale that highlights the flavor of traditional Hallertau hops. The light-medium body of this beer has a surprisingly hoppy and somewhat strong hop flavor, true to its unique German attributes. You may find the brew to have a dry finish. A perfect craft brew for conniseurs!

Liquid yeast is shipped with an ice pack during the warmer months. Nevertheless, summer temperatures do present challenges in the hotter regions of the country and we recommend that liquid yeast is shipped UPS 2nd Day Air to guarantee viability.
