GRANA PADANO: Grana Padano DOP, aged for at least 16 months, vacuum-packed and aluminised freshness-saving packaging.
TRADITION: Cantarelli's Parmigiano Padano comes from the most prestigious dairies in the province of Mantua and Brescia and is matured in the traditional way. The cheeses are aged in our stone cellars, strictly according to the ancient tradition, which enhances the product's characteristics and brings out its aroma.
NATURAL AGEING: the maturing of our cheeses takes place in ancient structures with stone walls, built in the 19th century. This allows a cheese to mature in a natural balance of temperature and humidity, expelling excess humidity and residual whey from processing, enhancing its fragrance and aromas.
PACKAGING: in order to maintain the product's aroma and typical characteristics, our products are packed in vacuum-packed freshness pouches with a triple layer of aluminium to prevent oxidation and thermal shock.
