• 1 kg bottle of Convertase AG 300 For creating beers or washes with a very low ending gravity Glucoamylase (Amyloglucosidase) for brewing

1 kg (2.2 lb) bottle of Amyo 300 (Glucoamylase (Amyloglucosidase) for brewing. An enzyme used to break down complex starches and sugars so that yeast can ferment them. Allows the brewer/distiller to achieve very low ending specific gravities and produce very dry beers. Suggested usage is .8 - 2.8 oz's per 10 barrels of wort. Add at or near the start of fermentation.
