Al Johnson's Swedish lingonberries are grown wild in the forests of Sweden ripening in the long summer days and then hand picked. Then in keeping with Swedish tradition sugar is added to deliver a delightful sweetness to the tart berries that will give you a wonderful versatile preserve to your pantry. Try them on a variety of foods: from Swedish pancakes and meatballs to gourmet cheeses and cured meats.
