Description

  • Serves 4-6
  • Prepare 1kg of chicken/meat cut into pieces
  • 120ml coconut milk
  • 300ml water. Reduce water if using pressure cooker.
  • Heat up instant curry paste in wok. Add chicken or meat pieces.
  • Stir fry on medium heat. Pour water and bring to boil.
  • Add in coconut milk.
  • Serve when hot.
  • Best eaten with rice or roti
